Custom and personalized orders
Most of our products are custom orders, except the pre-designed items. Please message us if you would like a customization and we will let you know if it is possible
How long does it take to process my order?
If you order a custom item, the process begins once I have all custom requests, photos, etc.
Usually 5 to 7 days after I receive these. You will be informed if there is a delay.
PLEASE NOTE: If you order more than 2 custom items, i.e. you want 5 custom pet portraits created, the process time will increase.What do you do with the paintings you make if I only buy a custom product and not the painting.
Whenever you buy a custom item that requires a painting, I save the paintings in case you decide you wish to purchase up to a month after the products are sent. After that I reserve the right to sell the portrait to other buyers.
I would also like to note that any commission painting can be used for prints and/or other products by the artist to sell to others interested in the portraits.Custom and personalized orders
If you order any custom item, I will send you a draft for approval before the product is made. Please note that if you approve and the product is made there will be no refunds/redo. Only if the product itself is damaged will a refund be issued.
